If a free trial is provided:
- Users may evaluate the service during the trial period
- No charges apply during the trial period
- After the trial ends, subscription fees will apply if continued
- Free trial services are generally non-refundable
3. Refund Policy

- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical issues that prevent service usage and cannot be resolved
- Billing errors from our side
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

- No partial refunds for unused periods
